The heads of Fluffy did not come attached to the body. The correct piece count for the set is 238. When this change is made, BrickLink's inventory will show 241, but the minifig heads and torsos came attached, also. Being that there were three minifigs, those changes (hopefully in the future) would bring BrickLink's inventory to the correct 238.
