414 Parts, 2 Minifigures, 1990
Sets: Universal Building Set: Basic

* Add 1 Minifig trn251 Suit with 3 Buttons Black - Black Legs, Brown Male Hair (match ID 3)
* Change 1 Minifig trn083 Suit with 3 Buttons Black - Black Legs, Black Male Hair {Regular to Alternate} {match ID 0 to 3}

Comments from Submitter:
I doubt that the black haired one came in the set at all since the part list and the instructions and the box all show brown hair. But just in case, I suppose it needs to be left there?

I don't see why. You've provided ample evidence that this inventory
had numerous errors. In fact, I'm not entirely sure why we're keeping
those alternate parts.

If your set came with a brown-haired dude, then I say let's get rid of the
black-haired dude. If he really did come in the set, then let someone prove
it and we can add it back.
