Yes, moreover parts list in instruction shows two of this part being in the set
(one is in Jabba) so one was missing. Addition of this part accepted.

Extra remain, there is no evidence that this part was added as extra by mistake,
there are sets in which it is an extra, so such cases happen. There is also no
evidence that this part was moved in history of this set changes from regular
tio extra, this one was in extra from the beggining. So this request is rejected.

"Removing/Changing Extras - Parts in the Extra Items section of an inventory
are variable, meaning that some sets or gear may include them and others may
not. The quantity of extra parts may also vary. Extra parts are typically not
removed from inventories or reduced in quantity unless it can be determined that
they were originally added in error."

After this change this set has 716 parts (incuding parts in minifigs). According
to this database should have 717:
https://brickset.com/sets/9516-1/Jabba-s-Palace
"According to the set database, this set has 717 parts. The inventory from LEGO.com
contains 717 parts. This suggests that the inventory is 100.0% complete."

So are we one part still missing?

I have this set but it still stays assambled on display from when I bought it
as MISB in the year of the release so I don't want to disassembly it only
to check part count

BTW I keep extras from sets which I build always separated in ziploc bags described
from which sets they were and they are never touched again, so I can check what
extras I had originally in sets So I can check my extras if I had 43093 in
this set as an extra

No

Inventory is now correct have 717 parts.
So what happen. It turns out that when you have minifig which can't be inventoried
in the inventory. This one have:
[m=sw408]
and you choose option in the inventory page "Break Minifigs" to have only list
of separate parts to better count them (it is very useful when there are more
complex with more parts minifigs) this one disappears form the inventory and
then one part is missing and inventory have 716 parts

I also try it in easiests examples I tried to use this function on Duplo sets,
figs always disappear

So many years here and there is still something new to learn about this system

Maybe one-part minifigs should still have a one-part inventory instead of being
tagged “Can’t be inventoried”?
This way, “breaking” them will not make them disappear.

But then it will complicate situation for sellers and buyers. Some listings would
be for part and some for fig. Now they are all under one entry. It would be unnecessary
doubling of the entry.

Ah yes, I hadn’t thought about that. It would be annoying indeed.

Pesky little minifigs, requiring exceptions everywhere

Hey Marek, I think that the problem you found here in the coding needs to be
corrected ASAP. See if you can get Russell to pass on this information to the
developers.

Cheers,
Randy

I checked and I didn't have 43093 as an extra in this set.
(also didn't have black 3024, rest I had in the same quantity)
