Not sure if these changes may be Alternate parts but I'm basing them on the inventory in the Instruction book on lego.com

This is a case of multiple versions of instructions, with the 1 x 7 liftarm being
in the second version. Looks like there are some other parts that changed too.

Indeed there were other part that changed. I think I've got it straightened
out, but since this was the first one I've done myself do take a glance over
everything when you get a minute.

Just checked this out and added it to my list:

https://brickset.com/sets/list-18333

It's up to 92 sets now.

Everything is accurate and the new note/MID format for these types of inventories
is a huge improvement. Wow!

I'll put in request tomorrow to have the MID suggester ignore 99.

In this project I did not distinguish cases where the difference was a normal
upgrade in a part variation, unless that variation created the need for a new
build.

Btw speaking of wires, your 996ac96blue now has a new home:

Part No: 996ac96blue Name: Electric, Wire 4.5V with four Blue 1-prong Connectors Hollow Pin, 96 Studs Long
*
996ac96blue (Inv) Electric, Wire 4.5V with four Blue 1-prong Connectors Hollow Pin, 96 Studs Long
Parts: Electric, Wire & Connector

Set No: 102a  Name: Front-End Loader (First Version with Type A Motor 12 x 4 x 4)
*
102A-1 (Inv) Front-End Loader (First Version with Type A Motor 12 x 4 x 4)
60 Parts, 1970
Sets: LEGOLAND: Construction
