| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Add 1 Part 3713 Light Gray Technic Bush
* Add 1 Part 3713 Light Gray Technic Bush (Extra)

There are currently 22 x 3713, but model B requires 23 of them.
Moreover, Peeron inventories 24 x 3713, so I guess there was an extra part (http://www.peeron.com/inv/sets/8854-1).

The B model does require 23, so I approved that request.
The request to add an extra part is based on speculation, though, and I did not
approve it. While I think you're very likely right, I'd prefer that
extras not be added to inventories unless they're verified with an actual
set. While the Peeron inventory could be considered verification, I don't
consider it strong enough evidence in this case to add the extra.
