* Add 1 Part 3068b Black Tile 2 x 2 with Groove (Extra)
Comments from Submitter:
this set actually has 3 and not 2 black 2*2 tiles.
the tile on the roof top(visible on the box image) was forgotten by TLG in the instructions, but is actually included in the set. source: 2 sealed sets

It's crazy how much work must be redone because of the foolish policy of
not saving inventory change request data longer than six months. Fortunately,
that has changed now and ICRs are permanently saved (although only those which
are approved).
Anyway, you had nothing to do with that.
So this part in this color in this set was changed on February 1st, 2010 by RotterdamCasper
from 2 to 3. Then, on March 15th, 2011, anathema changed it back from 3 to 2.
Needless to say, the discussion over those changes is lost.

If this part was included in the set and intended to be used in the construction
of the set, then why are you asking that it be included as an extra part? Shouldn't
it be in the Regular parts section?

Indeed it should be included as a regular part. I choose extra by mistake.

It is the first time i do this. How dous it get approved?

Don't worry about the regular vs. extra issue. I can approve the request
and correct it later. First, though, I'll have to look into the issue and
figure out exactly what is going on.

Based on this photo, can we correct the red motor and refer it to
bb12va?
Should the item bb12v be removed?

I see you added these 4 rims, but shouldn't they be listed as extra items?
No, because they were regularly included in the set and the set includes alternate
builds which may utilize all these parts. The issue of what precisely is considered
an extra part is sorta up in the air right now, but for this set I feel like
these parts should not be considered extras.
At some point within the next few months or so you can expect to see a more precise
and complete definition in the Help section of exactly what BrickLink considers
extra parts to be.

I looks like NO alternate builds have more then 6 rims.
The 6 trainrims were used for the six wheels of the red motor. There is no way
in any alternate build one can use the other 4 extra rims. However, this can
be checked easily by looking at instructions.

...and box
I also feel that they should be listed as extra parts for the reasons mentioned
above.
