The Quote function really is painful and only good for postage requests.
For example a buyer requested a quote but one of the items was incorrect. I message
him and inform him and he then submits a second quote for just the item that
he wishes to correct.
Ideally I would have liked to delete the first incorrect item and then combine
both quotes but there is no features at all.
