Many retailers include a tracking code/link in their 'order has shipped'
emails. Can Bricklink do the same?

Bricklink isn't one big store, it is many small ones. Some sellers here do
that what you asked for, some don't and for some parcels there is no tracking
available.

Each individual seller can add a macro tag to the drive thru message.

Check the top part of order details page if a tracking number is entered it's
shown.

Yes, it already exists. Make a conditional macro block, that will only print
when the shipping method matches the shipping method that has a tracking number.

SHIPMETHODID-EQ:{value}
Your tracking code is ORDERTRACKNO.
/SHIPMETHODID-EQ:{value}

(with greater/smaller than brackets, but they are lost in formatting here)
