I can’t post pictures taken on my iPad or iPhone to BrickLink due to the size
of the file..

Is there a way this can be fixed at bricklinks end?

While you're waiting for that to happen, you can get the Image Size app from
the App Store. That'll allow you to downsize to something acceptable to BL.
