Correct, it's a Bricklink store managing app that was announced and
apparently who's latest update has been approved by Apple. Windy's husband
(iOS dev) developed the product......

But, Speg might be asking for a site offered app, serving android as well.

Absolutely. A site-made "official" app where users can easily read the forums,
make quick instant checkout purchases, check out a sets pieces, etc. Everybody
(and their mother) has an app these days.
