So now that instant checkout is running I have a lot of repeat customers that
do not use their coupons. Often these customers are the same ones that I need
to remind them about their coupons. However with instant checkout enabled I don't
have any opportunity to tell them to use it before they pay.

Please have them automatically applied to the next order they make in store,
with the option to not use it if they wish to save it for a bigger purchase.

Voted no.
Sometimes you just want to save a coupon for a bigger order and don't waste
it on a just-a-few-bucks-order.
A reminder that a coupon is available would be fine - which if i remember correctly
is already there - maybe more prominent than now.
