To better adapt order notification and order invoice templates for instant and
non-instant invoices/payments, I suggest an "INSTANT" conditional block macro
tag.

From my point of view, we can improve the communication with our customers and
their shopping experience if the e-mails they receive do not contain unnecessary
or inapplicable information.

Example: We received messages from customers who asked "Why do I receive an invoice
with payment instructions? I already paid!"

Does that mean: It returns true when the order has an order has an instant checkout
shipping method assigned? Or it returns true when the invoice is BEING sent automatically?

In the latter case, it would return false when the invoice button is pressed.
I strongly prefer that. This way an automatic message will be sent (could be
just "thank you!"), but when pressing the invoice button (to actually create
your invoice for your administration), a different message is generated in the
text field.
