In the forum I may see a red box under a seller's name. I hover over it
and it says
"Seller does not ship to my country"

I go to their store, and the message at the top is "Seller does not ship to me".

I can't help it, the second message hurts my feelings!

Is there any way we can make the messaging consistent with the actual reason
I can't buy in their store? (Country/Person?)

The alert is to warn you don't need to enter the store at all.

I go to their store, and the message at the top is "Seller does not ship to me".

It alerts it's pointless to browse the shop further.

Both are different intended so don't need to be the same.

If it's just shipping to Canada, I can get item shipped to my mom in USA.
Vendor happy (package gets tracked with awesome USPS) and I'm happy.

Voted no. You saw the notice and chose to proceed.

I'm not sure people are understanding what I am saying.

For example, in your store TEOS, it says in the forum

"Vendor does not ship to my country" (CANADA)

If I go to your store the terms clearly say you only ship to USA.

But the message at the top of your store says

"Does not ship to me".

I'm thinking this should say "Does not ship to your country".

A reason it makes a difference is that my mother lives in USA and might be able
to buy or have items shipped to her, if it is merely the shipping to another
country that is the problem.

I'm just suggesting the messaging on the site be consistent.

Just that these two texts should be the same.
