The workaround posted by Russell does not work any longer, so the information
about the total number of wanted list entries is completely missing right now,
at least for catalog items without any sales history (past six month) AND no
current listings.
In addition, wanted list entries without specified color (either for items without
colors [like set, instructions, boxes, books, most gear] or parts without a restriction
to a specific color) seem to cause an issue here as well.
Please look into this and fix it - thanks!

I got that advise when I asked for the return of features that were removed by
the new design. I can understand that.
Having to do this for an actual bug/error feels wrong.
Suggestion: please fix error?
Clearly, they need to fix their internal communication, and mainly the manner
in which they monitor the status of the tickets that are sent to the Helpdesk
after the message has been passed to the side designers/programmers.

The issue Jan described is clearly a bug of the new catalog entry page design.
It's absolutely ridiculous to have us post suggestions to re-implement features
which were left out in new desgins(s) just because they either forgot to adopt
something to a new desgin or did not understand people's workflow or *thought*
they were not needed.

I also agree to that, but with the current overload of error messages I can bring
myself to show *some* understanding. I was NOT happy about that Helpdesk response
though. The issue has been fixed, and the feature is back.

I have over 600 items without specified color on my wanted lists...
As an example to the designers reading this; I will always buy all 3001 (brick
2x4) if the price is right. I do not want to add the item to my wanted list in
100+ colors, I just use one unspecified entry to search for all.
