I'd like to suggest that after a user makes a purchase with the PayPal Onsite
payment function that they are routed back to the "Orders Placed" page, as we
were prior to the upgrade, instead of the Help page, as we do now post-upgrade.
Sending users to the help page only means additional clicks and may give newer
users worries as they cannot immediately see that the payment went through.
