I suspect that all prices in the inventory are used to calculate Part Out Values;
including stockrooms. I'd like to use one of the stockrooms for my private
collection, without messing up the POV's of sets in the Price Guide.

Stockroom items don't count as items for sale.

You misuse the selling features for your private collection.
