| Please make changes to the following inventory:
* Add 1 Part 4212a Black Vehicle, Base 4 x 10 x 2/3 with 2 x 2 Recessed Center with Center Hole (Early Version) (match ID 1)
* Change 1 Part Black 4212b Vehicle, Base 4 x 10 x 2/3 with 2 x 2 Recessed Center with Smooth Underside, No Center Hole {Regular to Alternate} {match ID 0 to 1}

I opted to not retain the alternates in both of these sets because they are unreliable.
And because there are two colors involved (black/red), we can't be sure they
both transitioned in the same year.
Interesting thing about the main street inventory, look at the Inv Item IDs on
the minifigs and see how far off they are from the rest of the inventory. It's
as if the inventory was submitted with just the figs and was in pending status
for years before the rest of the parts were added!
