Found a new type of wrench in my sealed set instead of 47509.

Since the original inventory was done from "Parts List" and not "Sealed Set Contents",
I would change the Regular entry to be the one you found instead of adding an
Alternate.
Also, could you make sure that the Bright Light Orange in the set are
not [p=76371] instead.

The Duplo 1 x 2 x 2 bricks are still undergoing a change. The rarer colors oddly
enough are still without the tube. See my new inventory here:
...and others approved in 2015. I would have expected the reverse, but this is
what we are finding in sets. Both versions of the brick are on the watchlist
for the moment.
As for the wrench, I'll have to pull out some sets and have a look.

The Duplo 1 x 2 x 2 bricks are still undergoing a change. The rarer colors oddly
enough are still without the tube. See my new inventory here:
...and others approved in 2015. I would have expected the reverse, but this is
what we are finding in sets. Both versions of the brick are on the watchlist
for the moment.

Just checked, my 2015 set has in Bright Light Orange.
I was not aware of these two molds for these type of bricks, so because of this
I also rechecked the set. It turns out the White ones in my set are
old style and the Red ones are new style. However, LEGO customer support lists
[p=76371] for White. Should I add them as an Alternate, or change it?

The instructions and the box picture show (old style). LEGO customer
support lists the new one.

Thanks for checking. Regarding the White 1 x 2 x 2 brick, please go ahead and
change the inventory according to what you have found in your set.
Lego customer suppert data is very useful when working with inventories, but
one also has to be careful. The primary source should always be the actual contents
and the secondary source the instructions and/or the physical printed parts list
that comes with the set. For most Duplo sets, the official printed parts list
can only be found on the box. So save your Duplo boxes! 
I checked my copy of this 2015 set:
...and it has the old wrench, so these have started to change during this year.
Lego Customer Service has now listed the new wrench as coming in 10 sets (some
even from 2013) but that just means that this is what they will send out to the
consumer if one goes missing.
It also indicates that it may turn up in newer production runs of the older sets,
but it does *not* mean that all 10 sets it is listed in never had the old type.
This is where people often get misled by the official inventories. They don't
have an alternate system, so they end up only showing the newest portion of the
data.

Please note that the Lego customer service only lists "replacement" parts, which
is not necessarily what was in a set when it was produced.
