I am wondering about those 3641 tires, especially in the related set.

Yeah. The 7894-2 set does not have the data to really support the addition of
those alternate tires, but the 7894-1 set (this one) does seem to have the data
to support them. The original submitter of this inventory was from the U.S.,
and then the user who submitted the alternate tires was from the U.K. Therefore,
it may have been a packing difference between the two separate markets. Let me
know how you would like to proceed. I can cancel the changes for 7894-2 if needed
and submit new ones to get rid of the 3641 tires in that set's inventory.

The treaded tires in this set are the most bizarre thing. They are definitely
the alternate choice - I searched through several dozen listings from both sides
of the Atlantic and couldn't find a single example. Does Lego ever run out
of small smooth tires? 
Anyhow, I've approved the changes for this inventory, but please rework the
requests for the related set so as to not include the 3641 tires. That inventory
is a carbon copy, one of my pet peeves!
