Spoke with submitter of inventory and he said that changing the type of wheel from round to notched was acceptable. Parts list used to compile inventory was from Brickset. Considering that the change to notched wheels occurred sometime around 1999, it seems likely that the wheels in this set are notched. They are certainly more likely to be notched than round.
