Please see attached post.

This inventory has been a personal project of mine for over a year, and I would
like to see some closure on it. My theory is at this point that there are 2 versions
of instructions, one from 1972 and the other from 1973.

The difference can be seen in the attached images. The 560-2 instructions (97787)
from the US version of the set are essentially the same as the newer version
of the 354-1 instructions viewable at Brickfactory. Both versions of the 354-1
instructions have the print number "97283", but they can be easily distinguished
by the logo (old vs. new).

The fly in the ointment, though, is the 6 x 12 plate currently in the 354-1 inventory.
I have spoken to the submitter about this, and unfortunately it's one of
those situations where the set used for the changes has long been sold.

Instead of getting into the minutia of interpreting the change log (one can see
a long history of confusion over certain parts), I'm just going to ask if
anyone has proof of a version using a 6 x 12 plate.

If not, then I will go ahead and delete this plate and make the necessary adjustments
to account for both versions of instructions.

Thanks for any help!
