I think the color of the light blue star (item 282330) is actually Sky Blue
Most of the Sky blue parts in the Clikits inventories have been named "Light Turquoise" or "Light Blue". To make it complicated, Bright Light Blue parts have also been calles "Light Blue". Both colors were new when Clikits was introduced.
