Regarding recent posts of blocked shops due to a cummulation of three (!) NSS's
over the last few years (!!), this system needs an overhaul.
1) NSS / NSR are in effect NO longer than a fixed time; for instance 6 months
2) users can ALWAYS review their scores on ALL the codes (NSS/NRS/NPB/OCR/etc....)
availabe for classifying orders (the data must be in the database.
Short post, needs more work, I know. Please add when wanted....... or when you
miss stuff.
If there IS a way to check your scores, please post it here AND (@ADMIN/@TECHSTAFF),
add it to the MyBrickLink page PLEASE.

Sellers should not be held accountable if they can show they mailed the package.
Buyers and sellers can work something out on their own but a NSS should not
be able to be filed if proof of mailing is shown.
