I suggest that the word "USED" on the invoice be highlighted in red or some color
so it is clearly seen when picking orders. It may be just me but I do not have

long time for an item in my new inventory when I finally realize it is "Used"

There are sort options for your invoices already. I sort mine by Condition and
then Color.

Thanks for the link. I have looked at it many times but it never sank in that
I could choice condition and have them in different colors. That should save
me some time. Eleanor

One solution that we implement for this problem is to use a highlighter on the
odd balls. For us it is used almost all of our parts are new.
Don't cross your fingers on that being implemented.
