To remove it from the homepage or to bring back chat?

For BL 1.0, which is what I am referring to, I say edit the graphic and remove
the reference to Chat as it seems unlikely to return to this site. My understanding
is that Admin is maintaining this site but not adding or reinstating features.
Do I want chat in BL 2.0? Sure!

| Chat was a great addition to BL while it was here. It really helped new comers
to learn the site as well as AFOL's to be able to ask advice and receive
feedback on project ideas. There are several situations that I had placed orders
after getting advice on my large project that brought revenue to BL. So loosing
chat has I'm sure brought down sales at least a little.

Chat-that-was is gone forever. There's no way to reinstate it, too many security
holes. Perhaps the new BL 2.0 site will have a chat feature as part of the new
builder-friendly forum structure that has been mentioned.

This confuses me. They updated the pictures quite a while ago, but the text still
mentions the chatroom. Maybe they just overwrote the original image files with
the new ones and didn't modify the page? Still, it's amazing that the
chatroom references are still in place after all this time.
