Hi

Please allow to enable VAT when I have other currency than national one.

Eg: I have store prices in PLN and enabled VAT, but when I change currency to
EUR, I can't enable VAT settings.

Please change it beacuse curency rates PLN/USD/EUR are very variable and I want
to set prices in EUR or USD.
