| After paying monthly fees, the printed version of the receipt has no date or
what month/year payment was for.
Please include such field somewhere in the form.
I can write on the paper but I don't thing is a valid form to use for tax purpose.
Thank you.

A new month and I don't see for what month and year I have paid.
I think is not hard to make this addition.
If I have to prove I made a payment on 11/15/11 to BrickLink I can't.

The IRS let you use whatever bookeeping system you want to for your business,
as long as it's accurate. Dated receipts aren't always necessary. Since I pay
my Bricklink fees payment with PayPal and I download my Paypal account monthly,
I don't feel like I'll have any problem matching amounts to prove I paid for
my fees. You could download your Paypal statement and just save it in digital
format until you need to print and use as proof of payment.

Donna,
I know I have some alternatives, but I still keep some papers and if I forget
to write on my receipt I have to search a lot to find the date.
When I didn't use the PayPal link from my page I had all the info I needed on
a single paper page.

Hi Ema,
I can understand trying to save time, with all that we have to do each day. Sometimes
I'm so close to a situation I just need some help to see things another way,
that's all my suggestions were about. I too think it would be nice and more convenient
for me to have a date on the receipt. My solution to spending so much time searching
is just to pay it on the same day every month.
