Please describe, in either this, or the other suggestion how you would write
the new addendum to the items listing policies.

When I part out a set and remove polybags from it then my boxes are looking like
new and were NEVER used... Otherwise you would have to to declare parts also
as used because of sorting...

You can also list a set as NEW & COMPLETE. This INCLUDES also the box!!!
When it should be listed separetly as USED then it would make no sense for the
whole set to declare it as NEW & COMPLETE.
I understand you that you say that an open box is open and used but because of
my explanation above I tend to have no condition for boxes.

I voted no. Either we should have a clearly defined distinction between "new"
and "used" that applies to boxes under normal circumstances (because the definition
used for parts clearly can not apply to boxes) or there should simply be no condition
field for boxes.
