| Hi.
Sorry to bring up an old topic!
But this once again happened to us!
The selling stores email address does not match the stores paypal address.
We sometimes have a problem that we cannot see the original INVOICE email.
So I go to the BL screen. I pull up the orders placed. I pay for my orders
placed.
Once again, one of the sellers I bought from had a store paypal address different
from their invoiced paypal address.
So I paid the incorrect account by accident.
I would like to see a line ON THE ORDER which shows: paypal address XXX@XXX.XXX
please!
This one little line would save us issues. Also I am sure others would appreciate
it as well.
Have a great time arguing! I see a pile of locked threads on the forum.

I agree with this as well. I have been wanting this since I joined. Thank you
for bringing this up.

Perhaps if this was tweaked to have the paypal address appear on the order only
AFTER the seller has invoiced.
Reason being, I have had multiple newbies message me asking what email to send
payment only minutes after they have submitted the order. If they saw it on
the order, then they might send payment too early, IE before I have added the
shipping cost.

| Disclaimer: This is the same message I cancelled as I accidentally posted it
before reviewing it for spelling errors.
I am one of those stores who's email address for messages that is different
from my paypal payment email. I thought I had taken care to avoid any problems
because of the difference by modifiy my invoice to say.. Please send a grand
total of US $X.XX to ...XXXX@XXX.XXX via Paypal. However, some people pay without
ever reading the invoice and as a result I have received payments at my messages
address. Maybe it would help if we had the option to enter a messages email and
a payment email in our profile, and both showed up in the seller information
on the order page and at the bottom of the invoice.
Then people could decide how they wanted to communicate with the seller, talk
with seller or pay the seller.

An easy fix for this is to add your "messages" email address to your Paypal account
(you can attach a number of emails to one Paypal account) then if people don't
read the invoice and send money to it, the payment still shows up in your Paypal
account.

Then simply resolve this problem by receiving invoices also to your BL messages:
