Please remove the "LOTS IN MY INVENTORY NOT YET NOTIFIED" notice from a stores
MyBrickLink page. Or at least allow a seller to turn off this item. There is
a checkbox to enable or disable the notice, but it does not work. The notice
is there and the checkbox doesn't change that. And yes, I have used the "submit"
button.
I have tried on multiple occassions to "notify" others of what is in my inventory.
Every time, the system times out with some sort of error.
Can I please just have the option to make this notice go away.

Alternatively, it would be nice to have the ability to clear the list of "LOTS
IN MY INVENTORY NOT YET NOTIFIED". There are times when I add something to inventory
but don't want to send out notifications about it (ever).
Yes, this would be a useful feature. I have been in exactly the same position
myself, and wondered why I couldn't find a check box to clear the list of items
to notify.

I recall that Admin added this BECAUSE of the timeout problem to remind people
to run the notify regularly. If you let too many notifies build up and try to
notify it causes a strain on the server resources (apparently) and Admin requested
that sellers notify regularly to avoid this problem. The message on the screen
is for that purpose. If you hit notify regularly you will not get timeouts and
the notice dissapears off your screen.

Is there any way for him to recover and clear the notification list? The proposed
solution (hide it from view) doesn't fix the problem; just the symptom.

It's possible to move everything to a Stockroom, and then gradually move it back,
sending out notifications periodically (lots still in the Stockroom don't get
notified).
But with almost 5000 lots, this would be pretty annoying for the original poster.

I voted YES because I just merged some multiple listings and the notification
appeared. I don't want to emails people about items that they have already been
notified about.

Hi!
You should notify them again as the former notifications with their links are
worthless when you have created new lots.

And the increased quantity might trigger sales otherwise missed.

When this happens to me, I download my inventory into Brickstore, delete everything
from my store, and reupload it all 400 lots at a time. (Despite being broken
in several key ways, there are still things that Brickstore does well.)

When I've run into this issue, (it can sometimes happen when you part out a set
with many parts even if you send out the notifications regularly) I just stockroom
any category that contains many lots in my store (brick, brick modified, plate,
plate modified, etc.) and then send out notifications for only the remainder.
If it still times out, stockroom a few more categories until it doesn't. Once
it works, un-stockroom the categories and re-send notifications.

Yes, I think that's the easiest way to avoid time out. Because I will upload
several parts and some thousand minifigs into my inventory within the next weeks.
To be able to offer all when it's ready I'll upload as Shockroom items first.
When it's done then I will un-shockroom a few categories only.
