| This suggestion makes two changes...
Remove terms page as a splash option.
Add new default splash page, and change all stores currently using terms page
as splash over to this option.
Now, I don't know what a good default splash page is, but it should in least
state store name, seller nickname, and default text suggesting to contact seller
for questions and link to terms page. In fact, it might be good idea to add block
of news text the seller can edit in store setting somewhere.

| I vote no. I like having my terms page as my splash page. Exact same info,
no confusion.
Now, I would be on board with making the splash page 'optional', in that it only
appears as a tab if you have something other than your terms page displayed there.
