They can't be deleted as they come with the set for completing the horses
back when the saddle is removed. If they are removed the set would be incomplete
as these parts came with the set from Lego when new.

| Just had an order for $5, for 112 items. We don't charge any fees over $2.00
part value and postage is at exact cost. Our part prices are currently at average
or below, and then we have 25% off that on all parts. I have just invoiced the
customer and they have had the cheek to message me to see if they can get a discount
off the invoice price because they have had over 100 parts. I politely replied
with no as they are already discounted and even though it may be 100 parts it
is a small value order and we are not a charity and that he was welcome to cancel
the order.
Obviously think our time and costs are free, some people will try anything,

is it just me or does the part picture for 3003pb078 have the stickers attached
upside down? On the set picture the stickers are the other way up.

| Hi
Everybody as already answered the basic points, but one thing to bare in mind
for future orders. If the buyer insists on not paying the extra for tracked and
insured and it is a biggish order, agree and then pay the extra few Euros yourself
and still send it tracked and insured. It may cost you a few Euros extra, but
trying to force the buyer to pay insured if they do not want to usually ends
in the buyer cancelling the order and you lose the whole profit from a big order
rather than a few Euros in extra shipping. Also it protects you against claims
and is also proof of the whole journey of the shipping and is needed for any
claims in paypal or disputes. It also scuppers scam buyers as they think you
are sending it uninsured, and if you do they will receive the item with no tracking
and just claim it hasn't arrived, whereas they cannot make this claim if
there is traceable trail. A few extra Euros at the start is always better than
a lot further down the line.

| Hi,
is anyone aware of an issue with not being able to add items to inventory? Everything
else is fine, can update inventory, but when you click on add item, it goes to
the front page fine, but select parts and you just get the circle of doom.

| We always accept order cancellation request and have never been hit with a negative
feedback. The only time we go through NPB is when the buyer doesn't respond
or pay after 2 invoices and one message.Forcing an NPB could make a result you
don't want. Once you issue an NPB the buyer may decide to pay and then the
order status is good and you are obliged to ship or the buyer can then issue
an NSS against you. Even if you do then ship the order, the odds are the buyer
will then leave a negative for you due to seller refusing an order cancellation
request and there will be nothing you can do except respond with a tit for tat
negative. Far better customer service to just accept the cancellation request.
If they do leave a negative it won't make much difference as buyers will
judge by you overwhelming positive feedbacks and assume the one negative to just
be from a buyer with a bee in their bonnet.

| Second this idea. I used to get notifications on my phone where ever i was, now
i have to log into Paypal or bricklink which means possible delays in shipping
if i don't pick the payments up straight away. Bricklink have forced this
on us, so at least have the decency to set up a bricklink notification of payment
received.

| I table of shipping costs in your terms would be a good idea. You have taken
the time to make a list of handling charges, but they have no idea until you
hit them with an invoice what the shipping cost is. Some international buyers
with limited understanding of English may also be seeing your handling fees and
thinking they are shipping fees as there are no other mentions of shipping cost.
A simple table doesn't take long to add and limits the shocks of postage
costs on the invoice.
