It amazes me that you are surprised it doesn't sell.. no box, no instructions,
no minifigs, no etc. how on earth are you calling this still a "set"??

Congratulations on your first neutral, so early in your life as a seller. Blaming
someone else is easy. Just accept the fact you can't control everything.
My advice: reply on the feedback, say thank you and will do better. That will
give future customers a feeling of trust. Simply complaining on the forum will
not.

As of February, rules are far more strict (too strict) for bulk-senders.

No, it is not a spam-issue nor gmail-issue. The My Copy of Order Invoice and
Order Shipped mail are just not send by bricklink. The customer however does
receive their copy of the mail!

Binnen NL verzend ik nog wel in envelop, maar daarbuiten altijd met tracked in
brievenbusdoos of pakket. Het is duur geworden, dus ik vermeld de minimale verzendkosten
vooraf bij de shipping options. Dan is de koper op de hoogte en kan er zelf voor
kiezen om te orderen... of niet. Ik krijg zodoende geen klachten of annuleringen.
Brievenbusdoosjes moeten echt wel aan de maten en gewicht voldoen, want 1 gram
of 1 cm boven de grens en je krijgt meteen een naheffing. De controles zijn genadeloos.

Only just noticed that I don't receive copies of Invoices / Purchases since
January 27th.
Please fix asap.

and invoices.

Same here, nothing wrong with the mailbox itself receiving other mails perfectly
just BrickLink mails are missing.

Not really. There are many, many other variants we expect people to sort and
care about. These ones don't really seem to matter much, and some of them
(e.g., the minifigure heads) actually cause problems for the catalog that cannot
be corrected otherwise.
2. What if I really care about a certain variant that is going away? Can I
still buy and sell that variant?
Absolutely! You can add notes to your listings to make them as "determined"
as you wish. Buyers can still search within notes for extra details, or they
can simply observe them as they browse listings.
3. How do I know which exact variants will be merged? I only see one example
in each category.
Please ask in this thread and I can be very specific. Usually we are talking
about a handful of parts and the printed versions.
4. Has a merge like this ever been done before?
Yes, there was a precedent - the Headlight Brick with Slot:

It was marked for deletion a few years ago and was finally merged last August.
5. Are these the only parts up for consideration, or are there other variants
that will be merged as well?
This is all for now. Based on how well this goes, we may elect to remove other
entries later. However, we will keep all functional variants and important cosmetic

One of the problem as of right now is that in 30/50/70% of the cases (depending
the lot), the variants sold are NOT what they say, it's just an Inventory
error/typo.

Did you charge too little or too much? If the latter you can do a partial refund.
If the former, I think you should eat the cost.

Because there are a special few cases where the LEGO Group has asked us specifically
to not allow the item to have a presence on BrickLink. The Osprey is one, the
above-mentioned Christmas set is another one.
We also make our own decisions from time to time to protect the BrickLink marketplace
- examples of these are the train rims, rubber bands, transparent minifigures,
and lately counterfeit minifigures and counterfeit minifigure parts.
We take action on listings that have the potential of ruining our reputation,
and unfortunately sometimes we end up removing some of the good when we are clearing
out the bad. But we've put a lot of effort into not being too restrictive,
especially for items of historical value.

Those all look like Trans-Neon Green. Trans-Neon Yellow has a slight orange tint
to it rather than the slight green tint.

I don't know why that render showed up in my post. If you go to the part
page and look at the black picture, it does look like what you have. And the
measurements are right. It COULD be fake, but it does seem to me the same piece.
