If this is the place, then specifically, I'm looking for some help finding
a piece (or collection of pieces) to construct this glass cone

It depends on the scale. The architecture range is a bit mixed when it comes
to scales. What is the footprint of that building in your model?

Because a significant # of the characters have been limited to the collectable
minifigure series.

Hopefully, we'll get a 3rd selection next year, assuming they release a Disney
version every 3 years.

I think some of them exist in the Friends format. However the Frozen girls seem

Hopefully you also have notified local police and the USPS. Porch Pirates unfortunately
have learned that there's a lot of Ring doorbells out there, and cameras....if
your packages are going missing from a mailbox, my bet is your neighbors also
are missing / losing stuff, and maybe they have camera footage or filed complaints
as well.

I guess you can't just reship a new order, and maybe give the buyer a courtesy
coupon or something, and hope down the line some thief is caught with a bunch
of Legos?

What's somewhat puzzling to me is taking a package from a porch is pretty
much everywhere petty theft, but taking something out of a mailbox is a federal
level offense

Imagine 2 guys in federal prison. One says "how much time are you doing?" answer:
"10 years". first guy "so am I...I assaulted a federal agent...what did you do?"
other guy: "stole some Legos from a mailbox"

I will have taken a big hit to my bottom line by the theft of those 7 orders,
and through no fault of my own, should I have to be the brunt of negative feedback?
He's already filing for a refund through PayPal, which is his right. What
are my options in this case?

I'm certainly not doing anymore business through my residential mailbox!!
I'll drive out of my way to go to the PO from now on!

Right, it won't show up under "all" unless there's one actually for sale;
it won't show up under "known" unless there's a set that has the hair

Yes - go to your inventory, on the column on the right hand side that is headed
'search my inventory' - press the 'show more items' - first box
is 'items on my wanted list'. check the box and then press the go button.

Nice, thank you. That searches all lists though, right? Is there a way to search
for one specific wanted list as I have multiple?

You can just go to your store, then switch to the Wanted List tab, just like
you might at any other store. You can't buy from your own store, but the
Wanted List section still works fine, and you can filter by list there.

Thanks

If you have more than 5 outgoing packages, the mail carrier is not supposed to
do an acceptance scan. 5 is the most they will scan, and none get scanned if
you have more than 5. Once they get them back to the post office, they will not
be scanned there either. They should begin appearing on tracking once they pass
thru an NDC sorter.

You have two options, one is to generate all your postage using PayPal Multi-Order
Shipping, and generate a SCAN form. The mail carrier will scan the SCAN form,
and then click YES, the number of packages is correct. Doing the SCAN form indirectly
causes all the packages to be acceptance scanned. The other option is to take
them to the post office, and ask a retail counter clerk to do a 'Pre-Paid
Acceptance Scan'.

Go to Market Stores and choose "New Zealand" under Asia/Oceania:

When you're looking at parts you can also filter by country - just click

Yeah, that’s strange.  We had another case in another thread: a very new seller
(even newer than your example) with no terms.

They could have deleted their terms after being approved… but I fail to see the
advantage
Some rule they wrote to appear “good” but don’t want to follow anymore?

Anyway, for me, no rules = goodbye (mind how it’s spelled ).

Hi there,
I am wondering if there is a way to search for stores that are in a specific
country (New Zealand). I relatively new to the site and keen to get my buy on.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks

I think there are a lot of stores w/o terms. I would just write to the seller

I did that, was just wondering as it was part of the requirements to be approved
when I started.

Please create the co-brand "Bilka". I'd like to add some (or all) of the

Hey, this is great! Thanks for the extension, and well done! Out of curiosity:
Which features of it are the ones you really like in particular?

any way to change the default settings for marketplace listings on a part's

click on a part#)

Is there a way to do this? I'm constantly price-checking, but having to manually
click the North America zone and put in a mimimum part number to get a solid
price sense for my region.

Is there a way to set it so that every time I click on a part # it saves those
choices?

thank you all!!

You can for sure do it if you write your own browser extension. I added a feature
to mine that defaults it to USA seller location because I'm generally not
interested in seeing international sellers:

Shoot. Good thinking, but those settings don't actually affect / save state
of the Items for Sale tab (see pic). Maybe there's no way to do it..

I'm 100% PayPal, I've never had a PayPal scam. Here or on eBay

I guess maybe the sort of buyer that buys something, then files a PayPal claim
because he or she "didn't get it" or "the box was damaged"? That can happen
with any payment method but I guess if you pay with a check or money order the
seller can just cash it and not worry about your claim.

  Hi,
I run camps using the original Lego Wedo. Some of our motors are beyond fixing
so I would like to find some to replace. As we begin to run concurrent camps,
we will also be buying Lego Wedo 2.0 sets.(probably 10 additional)
Here is my question:If I wanted to turn my original WeDo sets into Lego WeDo
2.0 (we have 10 full sets of the originals), what parts should I eliminate and
what parts should I buy to make them compare to the new Lego WeDo 2.0 sets that
we'll need to buy? That would include instructions too, I imagine.
Otherwise, where can I find original motors?

I'm not familiar with WeDo but here's a good starting point if looking
to replace the original motors from the first series. This search brings up all
of the WeDo components (including series 2), so you can pick and choose to look
up the components you're requiring https://www.bricklink.com/v2/search.page?q=wedo#T=S

As for knowing which parts to eliminate/replace to upgrade to WeDo 2.0, if you
don't happen to get an answer here, I'd reach out to LEGO Education https://education.lego.com/en-us/
They should be able to guide you in what the new updated parts are, and they
may also sell them directly on the main LEGO site.

Thanks for your suggestion! I have now written to them as well.

PayPal holds you responsible for the packages until they are delivered. If you
are sure the packages were stolen, you should refund the orders. No need to force
your buyers to file PayPal claims, potentially aggravating them and thus increasing
the likelihood of bad feedback.

If I were your buyer and you proactively let me know that my order was stolen
and also refunded me I would leave excellent feedback because there was a problem
and you took care of it.

I never leave anything in my mailbox. I hand my packages in at the counter. On
the rare occasions where that is not possible I scan them in at the self-service
kiosk and put them in one of the big blue bins. My post office allows packages
to be left on the counter by the clerks but I never do that. If there's a
long line and the blue bins are full I come back later or the next day.

How long have your orders gone unscanned? I recently had batches of orders not
scanned in for 8-10 days before they started on their way. One order took 13
days to travel two states away. However, all of these orders did eventually get
delivered.

I no longer leave my packages for my mail carrier or even drop them in the box
at the station. We wait in line every time to get them scanned. Times have certainly
changed.

Sorry about your bad luck!!

up the components you're requiring https://www.bricklink.com/v2/search.page?q=wedo#T=S

Hi,
I run camps using the original Lego Wedo.

You could refund the buyer without waiting for him to file a claim.

I have discovered that 7 outgoing orders have possibly been stolen from my residential

One customer in-particular is being very belligerent about not receiving his
order (over 400 pieces!).

I'm certainly not doing anymore business through my residential mailbox!!

Just out of interest, is it normal(or common) for sellers and buyers to communicate
via telephone?

It is required by most shipping companies, usually they text you the tracking
and delivery date, sometimes the delivery person needs to contact the recipient
if there is no one at home or there is a problem with the addresss.

  Hello all,
I am wondering if there are any more updated vintage sets. For example, I had
the Med-Star Rescue Plane (#6356) when I was a kid and it looks it has been updated
a couple of times in more recent years (#2064 and 60116). Maybe that was not
the intention but both seem like updates with some slight differences (double
props each wing on 6356 and single on the new ones, motorcycle in 60116, etc.).

Anyway, just wondering if there are other updated sets out there. Not any set
in particular, just in general. Thanks!

There are loads of similar sets within City, same within Star Wars, Ninjago
and most longer running themes. There are only a certain number of types of vehicles
(for example) and any popular ones will be repeated.

Thanks! I guess I shouldn’t have left the original post so open ended: so you
happen to know of any particular sets (other than above)?

Just a thought, shouldn’t the admin who approved the item have checked first?

The admins do not have intimate knowledge of every single area of the catalog.
We have to rely on the community to do their due diligence for many things, although
we do our best to try and get things right the first time.

The catalog would quickly become very messy if users were randomly adding items
without sticking the certain rules & processes.

I don't see any rules and processes that were broken here. It is just a simple
mistake, not a systemic error.

So that means if I would part out only bag #1 of a set I need to set deletion
for all other parts manually on the part out page before verifying and uploading?

It is better to do it the other way, exclude all parts when parting out and manually
include the parts as you check them. It is normally less work, and you are less
likely to make a mistake. And if you do make a mistake, you typically don't
add inventory you do have, rather than adding inventory that you don't.

When viewing a Catalog page, and I see packing dimensions missing (i.e. with
a question mark) it would be so handy if there were an Add button right there,
that takes me to the correct page, with all the parameters preloaded, and all
I have to do is enter the correct numbers. That would enable, and encourage,
many missing PDs to be added.

A friend of mine has informed me of a promotional set "Kamille" given out to
children at one or more LEGO events by the Danish supermarket "Bilka". Kamille
is one of the supermarket's mascots. The set came in a LEGO zip-lock bag,
and it's unknown whether or not it came with instructions in the bag, it
may have been available only to the event hosts. A PDF version of the instructions
have been made available by Bilka on request.

Please see attached images.

Is this a set that is allowed to be put on BL?

/Jan

I don't see any reason why not; plenty of promotional sets are sold here
on BrickLink. You'll need to create a catalog entry for it first, though.

Yes, the catalog, that's the only thing I'm interested in. I don't
think she plans on selling the set. Because the set doesn't come with building
instructions, I don't believe it's actually worth much (it's just
standard bricks in a standard LEGO zip-lock bag).

Actually, I've found out that there is more than this single promotional
set from the events. There seems to be at least 4 others. I'll dig into it
and try to get my hands on some details.

Please make changes to the following inventory:

Set No: 4504 Name: Millennium Falcon (Redesign), Blue box
*
4504-1 (Inv) Millennium Falcon (Redesign), Blue box
971 Parts, 5 Minifigures, 2004
Sets: Star Wars: Star Wars Episode 4/5/6

* Delete 6 Part 4623 Black Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Arm Up (Undetermined Horizontal Arm Length)
* Add 6 Part 4623a Black Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Bar Arm Up (Horizontal Arm 6mm)

Comments from Submitter:
I own the set and kept it built since I bought it. Just recently disassembled it for storage and using BL inventory to ensure I have all parts.
Note: I have the Blue Box version, so that is the only version to which I applied this change request.

You can pretty much do this with the classic creative boxes, they are bagged
by colors, only way I know how to do it.

Take it up with paypal. NPB them.

PayPal is giving me the run around.

Hello All,

First a big hug to Qzark. It is nasty man. Hope you will find trust in humanity
again.

And then to my question. Do you take photo's of your shipments? How it is
protected, what type of box etc? And would this help in discussions with Paypal
etc? Or does anyone have a good tip on that?

Thanks for giving some feedback!

Regards,
Marco

Not yet. I have started to implement toolbar customization (similar to the already
existing shortcut customization), but it's not ready for prime time yet.

For something like this, it's always best to open a new feature request at

https://github.com/rgriebl/brickstore/issues

so that stuff is properly documented and tracked.

I just have a quick question concering Brickstore. Is it possible to customize

Is there way to change that?

Thanks in advance!

When you select an item the price guide shows in the window on the left. It shows
last 6 month sales and Current Inventory from Bricklink.

Is that what you are looking for? Or you can right click on the item or use the
Ctrl commands you list above to get the full price guide from Bricklink to pop
up.

except different production runs can have the parts distributed in different
bags. or even have a different number of bags.

I just had this thought the other day! I was parting out some dimensions starter
packs but wanted to put the figures, toy tags, vehicle builds, etc on my other
store and wanted to just part out the portal build but it was going to take much
longer to figure out what was there and what wasn’t. That could also come in
handy when parting out a massive set like Ninjago City Gardens. Maybe in the
future...

  Hi everybody

Need some help please. I got an order from a buyer ( not invoiced yet )
He made a second new small order now.
How can I combine these two orders for 1 invoice to save some paypal fees.

Thanks for your help.

LG Alfred

You can manually add both ordernumbers into one invoice.
Add postage to the first order and credit it for the second order, then send
the invoice.

Or cancel the second order and ask to buy again after you changed with the Edit
order button the orderstatus of the first order back to pending.
If the buyer buys again the system will then add a second batch to the first
order.

Then you can send the invoice.

Thank you
