Just Least Favorite him, forget it, and never go back there.

On the subject of "least Favoriting", can the sellers see when someone
adds them to their least favorite list?

But the man is simply coming forward with 'possible' solutions to what
some perceive (including myself) as an actual weakness in our system.

I can say that when I first discovered Bricklink I was very confused about how
the order process worked (and I know for a fact I'm not alone) as it is really
not like every other online shopping experience... Had it not been for an amazing
seller that basically walked me through the whole process of placing my first
order I may have decided to go elsewhere ( the seller was obviously motivated
by the coming sale, but he went above and beyond in my opinion).

I know you aren't really advocating either way on the topic but I think what
you've said so far has been helpful and thought provoking.

NERD ALERT !!

Just kidding, I actually think its pretty amazing that some people possess the
amount of knowledge about certain entertainment franchises/ topics that they
do, more power to you! After all its a fun hobby and I think we can all agree
that that's why we are all on this website...

Even if you don't like with the way Lego/BL has done the MOC Pop-Up Store,
you could still support the MOC creators by buying their instructions and then
purchase the parts as you see fit, from wherever you want.

-Correct me if I'm wrong but, Can't you only buy the instructions at
checkout with the rest of the parts order(s)? I though that was the deal here...
I was also under the impression that the instructions for these particular MOCs
were not going to be available anywhere else, at least not while they are actively
being sold in the MOC popup promotion.

Are you agreeing with OP or making a different argument, hard to tell by your
post. It sounds like you are saying that the MOC you wanted to get was too expensive
in your opinion... OP's post was a little different but also expressed a
bit of disdain for the program overall...

In my humble opinion... Two weeks is too long for a seller to take to ship out
a package... I feel like if you have a store on Bricklink and are actively selling
LEGO you should make it a priority to get the orders out as soon as possible...
Of course there could always be certain circumstances that prevent a quick turnaround,
but if that's the case the seller could reach out to the buyer and let them
know (* example below). On the flip side, always check the stores terms, if they
state they may take up to a couple weeks to ship orders out, you'll just
have to wait, if they don't say anything about it and your not happy with
the seller or service they provided you'll have to decide if having to wait
is worth you leaving them a negative or neutral feedback.

* Example. I placed an order with a seller this summer, after days and days of
no change of order status I was contemplating reaching out to they seller to
see when he thought he could ship my order. Before I reached out I actually got
a message from him telling me that one of his children was killed in a car accident
and that he was sorry for the delay with the order... Of course I was glad that
I hadn't reached out to him and I let him know that he did not have to prioritize
this LEGO order and that he could take as long as he needed to ship it out. He
got the order out pretty quickly after our message exchange, when I received
it there were dozens of errors with parts (wrong colors, wrong quantities, missing
lots) but I didn't really care at that point, I felt so bad about what he
was going through that I just gave him positive feedback and wished him the best.

Yeah, I was mainly talking about noting the different font as that can apparently
cause concern.
