Is it pieces that are hidden??

Yes, in hidden parts are often put in Not applicable, so you can use any color
brick you have, or order the cheapest color.

Cheapest color is difficult to tell, it really depends the parts...

But often Black is one of the cheapest.

I'm not sure if Bricklinkk has solved it (or if it is even solvable in a
good way). But as far as I can remember, if you have parts with "not applicable"
colors in your wanted list, then it will accept all available colors in the stores
you buy from(makes sense). Then if you try to update the wanted list with the
parts that you bought, then the "Not applicable" parts won't be updated(which
is kind of understandable as the parts bought has a specific color).

I ended up buying parts in many colors from many different sellers until I noticed
:/

I just checked

Part No: 98133pb01 Name: Minifigure, Headgear Ninjago Wrap with Gold 3 Point Emblem Pattern
*
98133pb01 Minifigure, Headgear Ninjago Wrap with Gold 3 Point Emblem Pattern
Parts: Minifigure, Headgear
in White and Red and they both have the LEGO logo and number in
micro printing around the inside of the stud.

Thanks i Will send a refund to my customer

I will check at work tomorrow, but I am fairly sure that these were initially
produced without LEGO logo and number. I know that this is the case for other
Ninjago headgears. Also some of them were initially produced in another plastic
quality, and looks and feels differently.

You most likely have sent a genuine LEGO part.

Helge

For the 30177 wrap, LEGO changed at some point from a material called ABS/PA
to a material called HV-ABS. They also changed the mould at the same time (or
around the same time) and the earlier does not have logo or number. When you
compare the old and the new wraps, the old looks dull and "fake" compared
to the new ones. I think this change were done around 2012-13 if I recall correctly.
I am not sure if it is the same with the 98133, but I think that is very likely,
and I think I have more data on it at work. Send me a message if I forget to
check tomorrow.

Helge

I have checked the 98133 that I have, and all have the logo and number, though
in very small print. These were produced from 2012; I think that at least some
of wraps that I checked were from early productions, so I think that they probably
have had the logo and number all along. I have not found any other information
that indicate that these were ever produced without logo and number, but it is
of course possible.

Helge

Thanks alot Helge. I really appreciate your feedback on this

I ended up refunding the customer.

Does anyone know if there exist copies of 98133PB04 ? Should the original have
a lego logo? And in case it doesnt have a lego logo, how can we distinguish a
fake vs a real?

We distinguish by the other indicators like plastic quality, print quality, and
other mold and sprue marks.

I can try and check this part later today if I can find it.

  Hi together.

I've a strange problem.
No matter which shop I select, the part quantity is always displayed as zero,
but in the summary line it shows xxx items in xxx lots. I can't select any
catagory.

I tried a private browser session with not logging in and there was the same
problem. The problem persist when I use a different web browser.

I tried another PC which connects over my company's public IP and everything
works.

I guess that my public IP is somehow blocked? Is this possible. But why?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Ive experienced this a couple of times in the past. It happened when I copied
an URL and pasted it in another Browser. Did you do that? Or was it just coincidence
in my case?

And yes, its ip which gets blocked.

I have had this problem several times. I think the solution is to change the
currency and resend the invoice, and then change the currency back again and
resend the invoice.

I have at least managed to solve it...

Helge

Thanks Helge, changing the currency helped.

In case bricklink developers want to debug and reproduce the bug...
I checked the original order(batch1). And it was calculated correctly with USD.
I assume customer used my default currency(NOK) for batch 2. In order overview
page it showed NOK as currency, while in order details page it showed USD.

For me it seems like you calculate the price based on latest batch currency,
but choose which currency to pay with batch1 currency.

Regarding order 21271507

There is something wrong with the currency convertions, check the attached picture.

1 NOK is actually appprox 0.1 USD. For this specific order, bricklink used 1
NOK = 1USD.

Some info about the order
User did not use instant checkout
After i sent invoice, he added a New batch
After the new batch i sent a New invoice, then customer noticed the bug
I have tried to add and then remove a dmall coupon so that price would recalculate,
but that didnt help.

Maybe user used one currency at first checkout and another currency at second
batch?

Is this fixable?

which still works great for me.

Yes, I checked that one as well. That one is not working for me either. Are you

Sorry, it was not working for some days. I was adding security certificates.
Should be up Rønning again now, and the security risk warning should now be gode

Why is it a problem that buyers can pay after accepting a quote?

Wrote it on my phone which did autocorrect... arena- aren't.

The problem is that they are not able to pay.

In my experience all orders to UK have one number, to EU countries there is another
number, to all other countries theres no number. Maybe the UK and EU numbers
have different names, but for our postal service they use 'IOSS' for
both.

They are VAT registration numbers.

OSS = One-stop-shop (I = Import): BL only needs one registration for all EU.

That was set up before Brexit, so UK uses the same scheme… but is not in EU anymore,
so BL needs a UK VAT ID.

IIUC, UK made a special CN-22A with a ‘VAT ID’ (or something similar) field added,
and they don’t care much if it’s sent electronically, while EU wants it electronically
and not written on the package. *sigh*

... Meaning, as far as I know there are 3 different choices, and the numbers
might change without notice.

Doubtful but not impossible.

Ive created a solution which picks the IOSS number based on shipping country(which
I get from API), but solution isnt bulletproof, and I Will have to make my own
mapping for all countries and also keep it updated.

And we don’t know yet how it will work for Canada.

And maybe Norway will be added one day (but then, as you live there, you don’t
export to Norway ).

Thanks for your input 😀 that's all good reasons for adding it to the api
I wonder how lager stores handle it 🤔

If it doesn't exist, then I suggest adding it here: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/api.page?page=get-order

Isn't there only one IOSS number? I don't think it changes from order
