Were all these 100 parts different?

if not, I would even pack 5000 into the same bag...

He left me a negative feedback after I left him a neutral one. Most of the comments

very belligerent. Why does Bricklink still allow him to have a store

I can remember... I have parted out this set as well.
I don't know if the odor came from this one or another one from the same
years, but is was clearly metallic odor that came out like in a factory...

Have you ever found a set you didnt enjoy parting out?

I hope you all have a great day

What a good question, Jim!

Had to give it some thought as we've done a hell of a lot of set partouts

please understand that as a consumer you have extensive rights in europe.

if you do not like the quality of the goods, you can return them to the retailer

but sometimes there are dealers who do not like this. the only thing i want to
discuss here is the "Non-Paying Buyer Alert system" has been abused by
the dealer and what i can do about it and this is a problem for all buyers from
Europe if they buy from European dealers.

Agree to that. Does not make any sense from the timeline perspective as well.

The blocked variant was at the beginning, during the vented variant has been
introduced lately. The intermediate hollow stud variant timeline was between
them but now it is fully covered by the timeline of the blocked / vnted variant
timeline.

Mauro

P.S: The same applies to minifigure, heads.

I see that the old 553b Blocked Stud has been merged with the much newer 3626

Was I wrong in expecting that it was also to be merged with 553c Hollow Stud?
Wasn't the point to not have to differentiate between the different stud
types?

Thanks,

I had a customer reach out asking if I could reduce my shipping before purchasing

shipping. I told him thank you for his interested.

He never wrote back but a day later they purchased the item he had emailed about
and in the comments "Hi. Can you please reduce shipping cost a few dollars
to reflect ups advantage which is cheaper? Thanks!" after I already told
him no and after he had paid.

I don't want to be petty but I'm annoyed that I told them no and ignored
it.

What would you do?

Thanks!

44302a and 44302b were grooved variants. This catalog still supports grooved

I know the number for the left one but it was NOT included in the set.

The reason? Perhaps to save some costs leaving out the support on inner sides?

What was the point of introducing a new mold for a perfectly fine part?

I usually take care on variants which exist in BL catalogue.
Now with the newest odd variants merge, I am unsure how I proceed.
I will at the moment still differentiate them on my own but in the future I would
rather go in line with the BL catalogue again.

Just to add my opinion to this conversation. The reality is that...

The 2454 and 46212 do not both exist in transparent colors:

Part No: 2454 Name: Brick 1 x 2 x 5
*
2454 Brick 1 x 2 x 5
Parts: Brick {Trans-Clear}
[p=46212,12]

...yet. If tomorrow LEGO decides to make a solid color 46212 (or vice versa),
we will be forced to split 2454 back into two listings. Their functional differences
are significant.

Just because the transparent color use makes this easy to differentiate at the
moment, it doesn't mean we count on it being that way.

Thanks,
~Jen

The only reason to keep them separate is to distinguish the early solid color
versions which had no side supports. But that is a minor consideration and practically
speaking there is no functional difference.

You would also be hard pressed to say that any of those early sets came ONLY
with the earliest version of the part. Both types are correct, and maybe there
were both types present in some copies.

As for people needing to place 1 x 1 round tiles inside the 46212, this only
happens with the transparent version.

In LANG Deutsch, Steineparadies writes:
  Hallo Mauro,
vielen Dank für deine Nachricht.

Es ist, wie du beschrieben hast. Ich dokumentiere genau, was unser Eingang ist.
Kaufdatum, Gewicht, Preis, KG/Preis und die Adresse vom Verkäufer.

Aber angeblich muss ich dokumentieren, woher aus welchem Einkauf ein Stein stammt;
wenn du z. B. einen Stein 3005 in Blau bei uns kaufen würdest, muss ich nachweisen,
aus welchem Einkauf dieser stammt.

Neuer Steuerberater macht scheinbar Sinn.

In LANG Deutsch, 1977_mauro writes:
Normal kauft man ja Sets ein, das ist der Eingang, dann verkauft man die Steine

Was heißt, der Steuerberater akzeptiert dein Vorgehen nicht? Wird er vom Staat

Ich würde knallhart den Steuerberater wechseln.

Außer, du hast ein anderes Vorgehen, als oben beschrieben.
