| It's Q1 again and the annual income tax review is here again  ....
On the Dutch tax office website it says the following for operators like BL:
The collection and verification requirements on sellers already registered
on the platform as of 1 January 2023 [so-called "existing sellers"] must
be completed by 31 December 2024. You must report information on these sellers
by 31 January 2025.
This means for sellers already active prior to 1-1-2023, the sales data has to
be shared before 31-1-2025 and the verification data needs to be collected by
BL before 31-12-2024.
Right?
Some questions arise and I have not found the answers on the forum (tax, DAC7
etc.) or in the Terms of BL:
1) How can one check what data BL has passed onto the different national governmental
tax offices in the EU over FY2023? A company that processes personal digital
data has to provide information to these persons regarding what data was shared
with what other agencies and how this data is stored (AVG in The Netherlands).
2) When will BL start collecting the verification data (passport copies?)?
3) Is the sales value balanced with the value of purchases?
Any help is appreciated.

| Just opened my projects in BrickStore and almost ALL files are edited because
of BrickLink catalog changes?
Are the proposed merges already in progress???
No idea what/which parts are changed and.... why?
Admin, or Catalog people, how did this happen?

| On Feb 15th some merging will occur in the database.
No matter what.
This Wednesday I (we?) received a BL message regarding the upcoming change.
With a link to a Help Page. Nice.
Until I clicked it....
If a seller wants to 'add a short line of text' for each lot affected,
sellers need to enterl more than 4000 numbers to check IF they are in their inventory.
And than manually editing the NOTE field.
This will take every seller hours of entering numbers, checking the results,
editing note-fields en checking for the edits to be correctly made.
Urgent request: can BL please provide a script or simple change page where
this actions can be (partially) automated?
Question for Admin_Russell: what happens exactly with my affected inventory entries
when nothing is changed on the sellers end?

Op diverse plekken in het land.
Meer ervaringen mee?
Kan de pre-Kerstdrukte zijn, maar vind het wel heel vroeg dat het al mis gaat
bij PostNL.

| Hitting 'submit changes' on inventory updates ('My Store Inventory arts
:...' doesn't seem to work.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Earlier this week same thing, after 10 minutes or so it showed the changed pages.

| @Admin:
I've uploaded several parts on December 30th that appear to be gone from
my inventory and are not sold in orders.
See attached picture of 'newest items in store' on the storefront. 29-12
and then 1-1.
Where is Dec 30th? (well Dec 31th was impossible to upload anything).
@all other members:
Can you please check if your uploaded parts/sets/items of Dec 29th and 30th are
IN your inventory?

B. Te rapporteren verkopers
1. “Verkoper”: een gebruiker van een platform, hetzij een natuurlijke persoon,
hetzij een entiteit, die op enig ogenblik tijdens de rapportageperiode op het
platform is geregistreerd en een relevante activiteit verricht.
Dat betekent dat ook private personen die géén bedrijf zijn, gemeld moeten worden
door BL. Of lees ik dat verkeerd?
Verderop:
De rapporterende platformexploitant verzamelt alle volgende inlichtingen voor
elke verkoper die een natuurlijke persoon en geen uitgesloten verkoper is: (en
dan volgt een hele waslijst).
En dit is wat BL moet verstrekken over de verkopers:
e) de totale tegenprestatie die is betaald of gecrediteerd tijdens elk kwartaal
van de rapportageperiode, en het aantal relevante activiteiten waarvoor deze
is betaald of gecrediteerd;
f) alle honoraria, commissielonen of belastingen die door de rapporterende platformexploitant
tijdens elk kwartaal van de rapportageperiode ingehouden of geheven werden.

| First full refund made through the BL system.
I expected the order to be cancelled automatically when the refund is completed.
It doesn't. So now it stays in the data as a sold item.
I do not think that is correct. Is it?
And will this sale be ruled out in the monthly fee calculation?
Hard to find help-details on this function on the site.
Any help is appreciated

| Here's the link to the announcement of the EU Distance Selling tool that
364 days ago (!) was published on the forum:

This points to sellers 10.000 euro a year.
Regulations have to be implemented to that group of sellers. NOT everybody.
The new apporach doesn't seem to differentiate between 10K.
@ADMIN's or anyone at BL staff: please clarify ASAP the send e-mails containing
the spooky messages that can not be understood without explanation from you.

What more information is BL going to request?
What is this.... BL sellers are either commercially registered sellers (then
I get this move) or private natural persona like selling in yard sale. In
a private yard sale there are no legislations regarding businesses. As far as
I am aware.
Are we going to see company-sellers only here on BL?

1. Double check if the following information is correct and up to date:
• Buyer name;
• Buyer address;
• Store name;
• Store address.
2. Unregister duplicate accounts created with no prior permission from the administration.
