Looks like a technic liftarm but with two pins. Do you have the set number it
came from? You could look it up that way.

Just I want to know opinions and how do another sellers, when new user do an
order and want shipping without traking number and payment with paypal.

Normally I dont ship order to new users without traking, but sometimes I think,
way no?Becouse I have to cancel many order for this reason...

Also I think another sellers probably they send it and dont have any problem.

  What do you think about..

Since the seller is responsible (at least in the EU according to EU regulations)
for the order until it arrives at the buyer, I think the choice for tracking/insurance
is on the seller.
Since tracked shipping is more expensive than untracked, you have to decide for
yourself which risk you want to take. I ship every order below a certain value
uninsured (unless tracked/insured shipping is same price). That is the value
I accept as a normal business risk. My shipping is so configured that a buyer
only sees the suitable shipping methods according to my model. For orders with
value above my risk threshold, a buyer sees only shipping methods with insurance.

Hello everyone,

I hope that this question doesn't have a designated thread.

I am trying to complete a purchase, but keep receiving PayPal API errors. Is
there anything I can do as a user/buyer? Is it related to Bricklink or the specific
seller shop? Whom should I contact?

Thank you

Please help to find item number, it is original Lego, probably custom print?

That looks like the Germany shirt from about 2013-14, certainly not after as
they added a star for winning in 2014. So yes, presumably a custom. Also the
print goes all the way to the edges, unlike typical LEGO print.

Bricklink, please provide an update. If adding stock to the site isn't core
functionality, that should have absolute top priority and be fixed in a day,
I don't know what is.

I've used the last couple of hours playing with Brickstock because of this
issue. I like it so far!

It's a good workaround, but sadly it's not an option for me, because
for European users the prices that Brickstock downloads don't match the prices
we see in the priceguide on Bricklink (because of VAT). And I really want to
base my prices on the Bricklink priceguide accurately..

I suspect it's related to today's system update?

Since I tried several times, I just hope I'm not going to end up with several

Many thanks

I had this issue and found out it was caused by my phone number in the address
listed when you click the place order button.

My number used the US format (XXX) XXX-XXXX and since the update, the system
failed on the parenthesis...

So I just had to edit the phone number (you do it on one order, then set it as
default) and it was fixed.

That actually worked for me, thanks!

On the page where you click the 'Place order', what is the format of
your phone number?

I had the issue because my phone number had parenthesis (US format (XXX) XXX-XXXX)
and by just removing the parenthesis it worked.

It's been a while (years?) since I've ordered anything - and I don't
know how the seller has their store setup - but did you try to checkout using
a different payment method (doing PayPal payments the old way?).

Just a though.

  Hey everyone,

Does anyone know where/how to post a feature request?

If it’s about the website, post it in the Suggestions topic.

If it’s about Studio, post it in the dedicated forum: http://forum.bricklink.com/

Thanks, that is amazing, did look for it and only after you posted it and I went
back do I see it... hehehe

Thanks for helping.

  Hello,

I just tried placing two orders and in both cases, once I clicked the 'Place
Order' button, it changed to 'Processing' but never completed.

I suspect it's related to today's system update?

I sent a similar message to Support.

Since I tried several times, I just hope I'm not going to end up with several
orders going through

Cheers

It's been happening to me since Sunday. The sad thing is that no one seems
to have an answer to this .

So, a while ago back when I was young, I got banned from Lego’s shop at home
website. I was a young child and whenever I lost a piece under the couch or something
I’d use bricks and pieces to get a replacement. Apparently, I did that too much
and Lego blacklisted my address. I’m wondering if this will also get me blacklisted
here on BrickLink.

Well, now that you just reminded them…

This is probably really simple but can't figure it out...

If I want to rebuild a set how can I check which parts I already have in my own
store's inventory?

Hello@all, sry 4 digging but i got also some issues at mining my inventory:

Go to your inventory-click the show more options on the right, there will be
a parts from set section. Type in the set number and it will show you what parts
you have from that set in your inventory.

That's quite good, but I have to remove every single part from my inventory
manually, right?

Wouldn't it be nice to have an easier way to rob my own store? Right now
the easiest way would be to ask a friend of mine to order in my shop via "wanted
list" and cancel the order afterwards (due to fees, taxes, etc.). I would handle
it like my common orders and all parts would be removed...

Is there a hidden function like "order in your own store" without fees, etc.
? It would also be nice for testing my store settings...

How do you rob your own store?

I have a 4559-1: Cargo Railway but it is not working. When I plug the regulator
in the green light turns on but nothing happens when I turn the yellow speed
regulator back and forth.

Please help. Thanks!

Clean all your contacts, especially all the track connection points.

Thanks randyipp! What do you recommend cleaning with?

  Hi,
I have been contacted by a potential buyer who has advised that they cannot checkout
and pay. They advise that they have placed orders today which have gone through
and I have also received orders and payments no problem.
Does anyone have any ideas why this may not be working please?
Many thanks

I had this problem a few days ago. Someone else went and checked and said my
shipping options were disabled. They weren't disabled in my settings though.
I went and disabled them and then re enabled them. I don't know if that fixed
it or not, but I have gotten some orders since then (though not nearly as many
as I received last weekend.)
