Does anyone know stragus in person?
Where is he and/when will he return? (I am assuming “he”)

hi
i have a problem with shipping fees and payments.
its probably me but i cant find anywhere to change it in my store.
when somebody shops in my store they can only use instant checkout with paypal,
even when i offer other payment sulotion, and the shipping fee is automaticly
set to zero.
I would like to get to be able to reply my self what the cost would be and name
the shipping fee.
can somebody help with this, what am i doing wrong and how can i change it?

How do you set the store min. I keep getting "you can't set store min buy
greater than shipping method min buy value". I am pretty sure my shipping method
is equal to the same amount.

Hey!

I opened my BL store on Monday and had over 90 visitors so far but no sales.
Could you maybe give me any tips on how to start selling my stuff? I know that
my stock is low currently but it will get better as soon as I sort out my remaining
stock and look out for missing/damaged pieces.

Hi guys,

I'm having a difficult time recognizing all the colours. I'm trying to
build a store but am not 100% sure of some of the colours. I would be happy to
buy a set of bricks... say 1 x 1 bricks or 1 x 1 plates with each of the colours
labelled somehow. Is there any such thing? Would anyone be willing to give me
a quote for building such a palette?

Hi everyone, My bricklink store is less than a month old and I have yet to make
a sale. I know part of the problem is my lack of sales/reviews and my relatively
small parts collection, but I am wondering if there is anything else I am missing
or need to be aware of?

Any advice would be appreciated!

If the screen is the classic screen how can they change it? They have put the
notes at the end of the order line and you have to have it so small to get everything
on the screen that you can't read it anymore.

Where do you send messages to let them know that you liked it the way it was?

Hi all!

I'm trying to upload a massive Wanted List with an XML file. I would to add
all the Ninjago minifigure, for example, but when I paste the string the result
says:

"The following items in the XML file are invalid or do not exist in the Bricklink
Catalog.

Please fix the following errors:

Item No: njo001
[...] ecc ecc"

Can anyone confirm that the tires and wheels with ID 11957 and 88517 are not
stamped with either the part number or "Lego"

Our FLL team wants to order some used tires wheels and the seller advises that
Lego did not stamp these parts. We need authentic Lego parts on our robot.
If it is true that these parts are not stamped, I feel comfortable ordering,
but if others have these parts that are stamped, we will not order.

I rarely have trouble finding new parts in the catalog. But this one I couldn't
find this one. Is it Lego, there is no logo on it?

exactly like pri054pb01 but without face (not wiped off, really just yellow knob).
And while pri054pb01 is said to be released in 2005, this flower stem seems to
be earlier. It is marked: '2003 Lego ' with encircled C before and '02-2'
and '2374'. All 3 marks are on the rubber stem. I add photos but the
markings are difficult to detect.
Anyone knows this Primo flower stem?

One of my customers who bought some wheels just brought to my attention the fact
that all of the wheels he received have slight damage around the circumference
of the rims.

I've checked a few lots of bigger wheels and it looks like he's right.
The sharp edge of the wheel seems to easily get damaged and practically none
of the wheels can be said to be in perfect condition despite coming straight
from new sets.

Is that something you also observed?

Is there a way to test the store without the need to create a fake account and
breaking the rules of not buying from your own shop? I got an Offsite Payment
options activated recently and I would like to see how it all looks and works,
check if PayPal is working and so on...

To admin or to some long time member: what is the expected delay between opening
and the first handling of a ticket?
I have opened one on Sunday, but not repsonse yet.
It's about an order that was paid but that's nowhere to be found in the
list of orders (neither for me as seller as for the buyer). So it's rather
urgent and important.

I have a problem with this order over $1000.

No matter how I calculate, I got $59.13. But BL charged me $71.43.

I opened a ticket with BL, but havent heard back from them for 2 weeks now...

Any suggestion will help.
