Super Lot is what you are looking for. It is under "Bind" in the inventory menu
options.

|
And for the discount you apply that to the Super Lot.
So the buyer has the option to purchase the sets individually, or if they buy
the Super Lot they get the discount.

out again for another month at least. This is your last chance until then to
pick up some exclusive items from the past 30 years of exclusive LEGO themes

| Well, I did not call them - only chatted with them. Chatted = left a message
to their bot and got an answer back from a service rep.
Perhaps I need to keep pushing but it is in their terms from 2019 which they
changed back then.
There is no phone number to call them from my Danish PapPal account. They only
made around $2k from me in fees so I don't think I can expect any kind of
service or good-will from them other than a standard reply.

Have you tried speaking to someone from paypal directly over the phone. When
they first declined refunding my fees I put it to them like this...
"so you mean to tell me that any buyer can accidentally send me a payment of
lets say £10,000 instead of £10 and then after I refund them paypal will still
expect me to incur those fees?"
The paypal rep then backtracked and told me that in those situations where a
buyer has made an error with sending the initial payment paypal will refund the
fees.
My fees were only about £5 but I was then refunded by paypal due to the fact
that the payment was sent and then cancelled/refunded at the request of the buyer
leaving me otherwsie picking up the fees. If the item goes missing in the post
and you have to refund the buyer you will then of course be expected to pick
up any fees but you should find customer error is a different matter?

I'm in Ottawa so a bit far, but would you like me to send you the FB group

sellers and you'll be able to skim through to find which ones stated they're

one day there's a way to search based on location.

After payment or after being shipped: asap, most times I do this in batches.
| ~ As a buyer, when do you leave feedback for the seller?
|
about 1 week after receiving, I need to count everything... twice!
| ~ As a seller, do you routinely and in a timely manner update the status of your
orders received - processing, ready, packed, shipped? If you do, is the
effort in large part in service to the buyer, or simply to organize your own

|
Pretty fast: packed and shipped. Mainly for myself: so I know which one is in
what state. And I don't have to look at them each time I check. I don't
supply T&T codes pro-actively as it is a lot of manual work and no-one asks for
it.
| ~ As a buyer, do you update your orders placed after receiving them? Do you do
so in a timely fashion? If so, is it in consideration for the other member (the
seller), or in your own interest?
|
Yes, Asap. I want to let the seller know that it has arrived. As a seller I like
it if my buyer does this especially non-domestic. Inside my own country T&T works
well enough.
after I got above 200 Feedback, I stopped worrying about my buyers giving feedback.
Some never give feedback, so be it. I stopped chasing them years ago, back then,
chasing them for feedback would have only 1% success.

Disappointing that PayPal isn't even willing to let you attach a note that
the address has changed.. but not surprising. I'd go ahead with it and save
the communication. If they have good feedback, I don't see any reason to
be worried.

Personal responsibility. The buyer makes the mistake. The buyer eats the fee.
Certainly isn't the seller's fault. Although I will say, anytime I have
to give any sort of refund, paypal always refunds their portion of the fee. If
I have to refund a dollar, 3 pennies of that comes from paypal. Maybe things
are different with paypal outside of America.
|
Since the buyer has a right to cancel within 14 days without any reason for a
full refund (also in America AFAIK), they could simply cancel the order and place
it again, so in that scenario they wouldn't lose money either.
