I think I just saw it last week at our Barnes and Noble store

We're going there today, I can take another look?

Couldn't find a very good one, but here's one from about 5 years ago
of just a town I had then. You can see a tiny bit (seriously, you hardly can
see a bit of it in this pic; I'm not exaggerating) of the whole collection
in the background, but most of it is hidden. And it it just so happens that the
last 5 years were the biggest expanding years for my collection too, so this
really isn't accurate at all.

Have you ever thought about Godzilla'ing that or Sega Rampage'ing it?

Looks great though, I can't wait to get something similar going myself!

I just got a #41314 for about 40% off from amazon, and I'm really debating
whether I should sell it as a sealed set, or part it out, or save it and sell
it for higher after it retires. What do you think?

I'm hoarding several these to sell in 2020 or so. I don't think this
year they will increase in value enough for a short flip. I personally am a big
fan of the friends theme, but I only collect used sets.

If you look at the sold prices for the other retired friends houses, its worth
it if you are willing to tie up the capital for at least a year. Also, I find
sealed friends sets fetch far better prices on ebay/craigslist/facebook than
here. Probably due to demographics.

I would not part this set out, personally, also you probably should have bought
several if your plan was to part out...
