1. Go to the Password Reset page and enter your email address.
2. BrickLink will email you a link that you can use to reset your password. This link will only work for 3 hours.
3. Click the link and create your new password.
4. Login with your username and new password.

If you forgot your username:

1. Go to the Password Reset page and enter your email address.
2. Your username will be at the top of the email sent by BrickLink. You do not need to use the password reset link if you only forgot your username.

3. If you no longer have access to your email address on file, you will need to Contact the Help Desk and provide us with either your username or email address.
