Below is a summary of the changes to BrickLink®’s Terms of Service. The current Terms of Service have already been updated and will go into effect on September 18th, 2025, at the launch of LEGO® Account Integration.
To use BrickLink, you now need a LEGO Account. This requirement applies to buying, selling, and uploading designs. Additionally, in markets where LEGO Insiders is available, you must join LEGO Insiders to create a LEGO Account. We've updated the terms to clarify how the Bricklink Terms of Use interact with the LEGO Account/LEGO Insider terms and conditions.

We've added language to clarify that, as a buyer, you may have additional statutory legal rights in your country that provide further protections beyond what is outlined in the Bricklink Terms of Service or the seller's additional terms. This is particularly relevant if you’re purchasing from a business rather than an individual seller. We’ve also simplified the language in several clauses without altering their meaning or intent.
Reference: Section 6. Order Cancellation
The currency list has been updated to reflect the countries with active marketplaces. We have also refined the notification process for future changes, ensuring that material changes will be communicated in advance via email.

Your data will be handled in accordance with the LEGO Group Privacy Policy.
Reference: Section 15. Customer Information / Privacy
To maintain compliance with the law, we've added a clause outlining the consequences of engaging in bribery or corruption.

Due to LEGO Systems Inc. (parent company of LEGO Bricklink Inc.) relocating from Connecticut to Massachusetts, the choice of law and venue has been updated to the State of Massachusetts. Reference: Section 27. Governing Law; Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement; Survival |
