Buyer Privileges Revoked

Visit your MyBrickLink page to determine why your buyer privileges were revoked. Submit a Help Desk request for reinstatement only when you are able to provide the information requested below. Being unable to provide the requested information will cause significant delay in reinstatement of privileges.

Three or More Completed or Pending Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) Alerts
Check your list of cancelled orders to find cancelled NPB orders. You must provide the following information to resolve every problem order.

  • Screenshot of payment receipt - Do not send PayPal Transaction IDs because we cannot look these up.
  • Resolution Report from PayPal Provide this report if you won a PayPal dispute for this order.
  • Anything else of relevance to justify NPB removal.

Three or More Orders in Non-Paying Buyer Status

You must provide the following information to resolve each problem order:

  • Further Relevant Information – This includes anything else of relevance to justify NPB removal

How to Submit Files

You can only attach one file per ticket when contacting the Help Desk. If you need to attach more than one file, then send an email to customersupport@bricklink.com instead of using our Help Desk form. You may also send us direct file links from an image hosting website.
