* A Note to Bricklink Buyers *
I always believe that a transaction should never, ever end with Negative feedback. Please contact me before leaving any negative feedback! I am more than happy to try and provide a resolution that will be beneficial to both you and me.
Note that I leave feedback for buyers as per the guidelines shown on the Bricklink Help page: 'When Do I leave Feedback?'.
This means that you will receive your feedback when either

You have either left feedback for me, or
-
You have marked the order as either 'Received' or 'Completed'.
In most cases, I will *not* leave order immediately after receving payment - I prefer to leave feedback once I know that you have received your order safely!

* A Note to Bricklink Sellers *
I tend to leave orders uncompleted (i.e. in 'Shipped' status), until:

I have been satisfied that I have received the order (in which case, I will mark the order as 'Received'), or
-
I am satisfied with an alternate resolution to the order.
I generally leave feedback when I mark an order as 'Completed'. This is as per the guidelines shown on the Bricklink Help page: 'When Do I leave Feedback?'.
