|I had a few LEGO sets when I was younger, but we got real heavy into the Star Wars theme in the late 90's, and haven't stopped since.
We still buy a lot of Star Wars, but have moved on to the idea that we want to try stop motion. We toyed with the idea with our son, who had a fleeting interest in film making (we always encouraged our children to explore their interests, no matter how short lived). As a result of our own interest, we're currently building two sound stages (City and Christmas Theme Park) and a studio to work in.
We downloaded Studio and use it to build, modify, and conceptualize the various sets and props we're incorporating into the studio set.
Along the way, we've gotten side-tracked with other small builds, but isn't that the nature and purpose of this hobby, to inspire creativity?|
