As I announced earlier, we are switching from a single e-mail box to an actual
help desk software package (SmarterTrack). After some initial testing, I have
switched the help desk pages on Bricklink to route the e-mails to the help desk
system. This system will be sending e-mails from CustomerSupport@bricklink.com.
You'll be able to track the status of a ticket via a link that will (eventually)
be sent from an autoresponder message. I'm working on an issue with the autoresponder
right now, but the messages appear to be going out properly.

I'd like any feedback on the system, which can still be sent to admin (at)
bricklink.
