Order Cancel Request (OCR)

If an invalid order is placed, the buyer or seller may file an Order Cancel Request (OCR). To file an OCR, go to the Problem Order page and enter the order ID. The option to file an OCR only appears when the order status is one of the following:
- Pending
- Processing
- Ready
- Updated
- Packed
The order status will change to OCR and the seller will have the option to Cancel the order with no penalty to the buyer. It is strictly up to the seller to decide whether or not the order can be canceled.
