| | When I buy lego pieces, I pay immidiatly,
unless I have to wait for your invoice, then payment should be within 12h after I see the invoice, with a maximum of 24h.
Positive feedback will be provided when all pieces are counted and correct.
I do not give negative or neutral feedback, it's positive or nothing.
When pieces are missing or incorrect, I expect a postal free resent.
When pieces are incorrect I will check your price and compare it to postal cost (for sending them back).
And pay for them or send them back. (Unless you give them for free)
I will always respond to messages within 24h, and constructivly find the best and correct solution to any problem or misunderstanding.
Messages may be send in Dutch or English. I will always respond in one of those two languages.
